• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
• NOTE all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Missing Bead Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Complete the Return Form indicating the quantity, item number and reason code for your return(s). You will receive email with pre-paid UPS return label. Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form. Attach the included UPS shipping label on the outside of the package. If you cannot locate the return form or prepaid label, please contact us for further assistance. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. Missing Bead LC cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method. Returns should be mailed to:

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment*. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.
We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you require an exchange, please return the items by mail and purchase your desired item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.
* Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.
